Abstract

The scientific and technological progress of a country depends on structural development policies with a focus on knowledge, but Knowledge Management - KM is often neglected and sometimes even unknown in many organizations. KM models are a simplified representation of reality, but they can be more comprehensive with the incorporation of a framework. This framework should consist of a set of questions and answers to support the solution of a problem situation. This work aims to propose a framework from a generic KM model for the teaching area of a federal educational institution. As a result, a set of questions is expected to be based, mainly, on the SECI model and in the enabling context - ba for the processes of creation, storage, sharing and use of knowledge.
