Abstract

Knowledge sharing is one activity of knowledge management (KM) and can influence project management. The literature indicates that studies on knowledge sharing in socio-environmental projects still need to be explored. This article aims to identify KM practices, information and communication technology (ICT) tools used to share knowledge in a socio-environmental project. For this, approaches based on qualitative research for the collection, and analysis of data. As a result, the mailing lists, document storage cloud (Google drive), and instant messaging application (WhatsApp) were identified as ICT tools; storytelling, and lessons learned as KM practices.
