PRÁTICAS DA GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO EM BASE TECNOLÓGICA E FUNCIONAL DE PREFEITURAS MUNICIPAIS DA REGIÃO DA AMUSEP
Abstract
O objetivo desta pesquisa foi diagnosticar o nível de implantação das
práticas de Gestão do Conhecimento relacionadas à base tecnológica e funcional
em prefeituras da Associação dos Municípios do Setentrião Paranaense (AMUSEP).
Para tanto, a estratégica metodológica empregada consistiu em estudo de casos
múltiplos, com abordagem quantitativa e descritiva. A coleta de dados foi realizada
por meio de questionário disponibilizado na plataforma Google Forms. Os
resultados revelaram que essas prefeituras apresentam baixo nível efetivo de
implantação das práticas de GC. Esse resultado é crítico, pois essas práticas e
ferramentas são importantes para o suporte à Gestão do Conhecimento
organizacional.

The AUTHOR further declares that the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi is fully authorized to use this article, in whole or in part, edited or complete, in Portuguese and in all other languages, in print, in Electronic means, internet, for commercial purposes or not, including distributing, adapting, creating derivative works, assigning rights to third parties in Brazil and / or abroad, including but not limited to: teaching, study and research; publication and dissemination; quote; use in general telecommunication means; audiovisual use in general, including all existing or future digital technologies, capable of storing and reproducing data.
