Abstract

In the health market, which is extremely competitive and focused on scientific and technological innovations, there is an increasing need to implement and improve organizational management, through the use of tools that guide Knowledge Management (KM). In this sense, the present research uses the integrative literature review as a methodology and seeks to answer the following question: How does the maturity of Knowledge Management contribute to the success in the administration of health organizations? One of the main results observed is that KM maturity models support the identification of opportunities for the strategic use of knowledge and for the improvement of organizational performance in health. It is necessary to continue studies and research for the improvement of knowledge related to the topic and its applicability to health organizations.
