Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand which Knowledge Management (KM) practices and tools are in place in a private elementary school environment. The methodology is applied in nature, with quantitative approach and is configured as exploratory research. Data were collected by conducting an online questionnaire. The survey participants are professionals from a private elementary school. The data analysis indicates that the school environment object of study, besides training and enabling its teachers, has an environment that facilitates knowledge sharing through KM practices and tools.
