Abstract

Data, information, and knowledge quality is essential for organizations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. However, the literature lacks studies exploring how quality attributes impact knowledge management processes. This study investigated the relationship between accessibility, credibility, and these processes, addressing this gap. The research method involved four stages, the most important being a questionnaire administered to experts, who evaluated this relationship on a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The results showed that credibility is crucial for knowledge identification and accessibility for knowledge sharing. The study provides a scientific basis for enhancing knowledge management and suggests future research to validate the findings.
