Abstract

This article aims to study the state of the art of the topic entrepreneurial organizations are healthy organizations, and to understand this relationship, the question was elaborated: are entrepreneurial organizations healthy? A systematic review of the literature was carried out in the Scopus and Web of Science databases using the methodology composed of 8 steps developed by Willerding and Lapolli, 2014 and the PRISMA methodology was used to select the articles. A total of 205 articles were found that were analyzed using the VOSviewer software to understand if there were articles relevant to the research. After using the exclusion and inclusion criteria, 19 articles were selected and read and analyzed in their entirety. It can be concluded that the subject is being studied for a short time and there are few publications in the area that describe the characteristics of a healthy organization.

Holds a PhD in Engineering and Knowledge Management from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (PPGEGC/UFSC). Master in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina 2002 (PPGEGC/UFSC) (). Graduated in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Goiás (1989). Member of the Research Group Innovation in Science and Technology (CoMovI/UFSC/CNPq). Coordinator of the research group on Rural Entrepreneurship-FACE/UFG. Entrepreneurship speaker. Effective professor at the Federal University of Goiás, teaches Production disciplines; Logistics and Materials Management. Professor of the Master of Administration PPGADM/FACE/UFG. He has experience in the area of ​​Administration, with an emphasis on Production Administration, working mainly on the following topics: knowledge management, family farming, entrepreneurship and rural extension. She is the author of book chapters, articles in specialized journals and event proceedings.

 

Édis Mafra Lapolli, Univesidade Federal de Santa catarina

Édis Mafra Lapolli holds a PhD and a master's degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina-UFSC with a postdoctoral degree in Information Systems from the Université de Montpellier II (Scien. et Tech. Du Languedoc - France).Civil Engineer, Professor of the Program Graduate in Engineering and Knowledge Management and coordinator (from Mar/2017 to the present) of the Knowledge Management area (UFSC - Federal University of Santa Catarina); Organizational Consultant in the areas of People Management, Development of Human Potential and Entrepreneurship and; project coordinator at Editora Pandion. Leader of the Research Group Innovation in Science and Technology (UFSC/CNPq). She was director of the School of New Entrepreneurs - ENE at UFSC. Coordinated several Research and Extension projects. She is the author of books, book chapters and several articles in specialized journals and in annals of events and has supervised dozens of masters and doctors.

Inara Antunes Vieira Willerding, Univesidade Federal de Santa catarina

Post-doctorate, doctor and master in knowledge management by the Graduate Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (PPGEGC/UFSC). Graduated in administration. He has training in Mentoring, Coaching and Humanized ISOR® Advice. Professor of the Administration Course at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Researcher and deputy leader of the Research Group Innovation in Science and Technology (CoMovI/UFSC/CNPq), organizer and author of books, book chapters and specialized scientific articles. Organizational consultant in the areas of: human capital management, development of human potential, behavioral aspects of people management, healthy organizations with a focus on equity and balance in the well-being of employees, diversity and inclusion, self-knowledge, emotional and social intelligence, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, as well as the performance of organizations and human potential in favor of healthy organizations.
