Abstract

Entrepreneurship becomes increasingly challenging, in times where constant scientific and technological advances are part of the day-to-day life of aesthetic health organizations. The temporal classification of competencies, presented by Sparrow and Bognano (1993) serves as the setting for this study, based on the master's thesis of one of the authors. The article aims to answer the research question: What is the relevance of emerging entrepreneurial skills for promoting entrepreneurship in aesthetic health? Through an integrative review of the literature in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, 11 studies were selected that present, in different ways, strategic entrepreneurial skills to guarantee the creation and development of organizations in aesthetic health, promoting entrepreneurship in this market. highly competitive and profitable.

Édis Mafra Lapolli has a PhD and Master's degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina-UFSC with a post-doctorate in Information Systems from the Université de Montpellier II (Scien. et Tech. Du Languedoc - France). Civil engineer, Program Professor Postgraduate in Engineering and Knowledge Management and coordinator (from March 2017 to the present) of the Knowledge Management area (UFSC - Federal University of Santa Catarina); Organizational Consultant in the areas of People Management, Development of Human Potential and Entrepreneurship and; project coordinator at Editora Pandion. Leader of the Innovation in Science and Technology Research Group (UFSC/CNPq). She was director of the Escola de Novos Empreendedores-ENE at UFSC. She coordinated several Research and Extension projects. She is the author of books, book chapters and several articles in specialized journals and event annals and has supervised dozens of masters and doctors.
