Abstract

The constant transformations, combined with the new generations of students, are challenging teachers to rethink the practices used in class in the face of the new demands of the knowledge society. This article aims to describe the capacitation of teachers for the application of Neolearning. Therefore, a qualitative approach was chosen, with an explorador and descriptive objective, through a case study involving 140 teachers of early childhood education, elementary, high school, and university preparation course of an educational institution. It also presents the five moments developed to facilitate this capacity building. It describes the challenges and opportunities of Neolearning, pointed out by teachers, as well as tips shared by teachers for application. It is possible to conclude that Neolearning helps teachers to innovate in the class.
