The 14th International Congress on Knowledge and Innovation (CIKI 2024) is the leading event in the Americas on Knowledge Management, Learning Organization, Intellectual Capital, and Innovation Management. Over the years, it has established itself as a space where researchers, academics, graduate students, leaders, and innovation managers share ideas and experiences at an international level.

Under the theme "Developing Resilient Innovation Ecosystems: The Role of Knowledge Management," CIKI 2024 brings together experts and leaders from around the world to explore how knowledge management contributes to creating resilient innovation ecosystems. Through lectures, panels, case studies, and interactive sessions, the conference examines how organizations can leverage knowledge, promote creativity, and adapt with agility to drive continuous innovation and business resilience.

This event is organized by the Inter-American University Organization (OUI), the Department of Knowledge Engineering and Management (EGC) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), and the Private Technical University of Loja (UTPL). It is a dynamic platform for sharing ideas, experiences, and innovative strategies in the field of knowledge management and innovation.
